![]() There is also a driving training school in the backyard of the police station which is very entertaining and a good diversion from patrol duties. You can play either on free patrol mode or just go on more story-driven special missions which are one-off challenges. However, there are plenty of very exciting missions, such as chasing stolen cars and fugitives, robberies, etc, plus a major ongoing investigation on illegal racing which you can pick up when you wish. In this, it reminds me of Police Simulator: Patrol Officers, which is also rather procedural. This means that you will have to deal with more procedural aspects and even with more mundane tasks, such as collecting warning triangles abandoned by drivers along the highway or performing random control checks, street cleaning, and recording traffic accidents. I say 'European' because although this is set in Germany, the police experience you get is closer to that in European countries than that you could get in the United States. But if you are interested in the more varied experience of being on patrol duty on European highways this is the game for you. If you're looking for a driving game or for a shooting game, obviously this is not for you. The developers deserve high praise for this unique realistic highway police simulator (the only one on the market apart from Autobahn 1 and 2, as far as I'm aware). ![]()
